Aamir Khan is known for taking risks. After turning producer in 2001 with a highly risky film like 'Lagaan', if the buzz is to be believed Aamir is all set to open a distribution wing inside Aamir Khan Productions Pvt. Ltd. for the film 'Secret Superstar'.
It's a very well known fact why Aamir Khan is called the Mr. Perfectionist of bollywood. He has always been a game changer by taking such risks.
In 2001, when he decided to turn producer for 'Lagaan', the film had already been turned down by a major part of the industry. However he had his faith in the script and despite being the lead actor he decided to produce it himself. Lagaan went on to become a Super Hit and a above all a cult classic.

In 2007, Khan added another feather to his crown, this time as a director of 'Taare Zameen Par'. He continued to experiment with different types of films under his production house such as 'Delhi Belly', 'Jaane Tu..', 'Peepli Live' or even 'Dhobi Ghat'. Most of them were successful, some were not as successful but still Aamir Khan Productions has not counted a single flop in its tenure of 16 long years.

Now with the upcoming Diwali 2017 release, Secret Superstar, according to the news, Aamir Khan and his team has already roped in an experienced distributor who worked with Disney India for last 3 years, as the head of it's distribution wing.

Now we can definitely call AK a true all-rounder in the industry. He does it all.
