Secret Superstar gets a Huge Jump on 2nd Saturday

Secret Superstar had been rock steady over the extended 1st week, collecting approximately Rs. 41.15 crores in 8 days at the domestic Box Office. Now, to kick start the 2nd weekend, the film has already collected around Rs. 2.00 crores on the 2nd Friday and the collections have now taken a great leap on its 2nd Saturday.

Collecting around Rs. 3.50 crores on it's 2nd Saturday, Secret Superstar continues to perform well in the high end multiplexes which is the result of its 75% growth in collections from Friday. As per the early trends, the collections are set to grow further today (Sunday). The film has opened with a great 40%-45% occupancy in the morning shows.

Total collection of Secret Superstar domestically stands at Rs. 46.65 crores in 10 days. It is expected that film will ease past the Rs. 50-crore by the end of today.

Also it has collected an overseas gross of over $4 million (Rs. 28.10 crores approx) in its first 10 days. Secret Superstar has beaten the opening records of Dangal by huge margins in Turkey and set to emerge as highest grossing Bollywood film in the country beating Dangal.
