Turkey bursts in joy as Aamir Khan lands in Istanbul Airport

Aamir Khan has finally landed in the city of Istanbul, Turkey today around 10.30 am local time. He was greeted by an uncountable number of fans who gave him a lousy reception.

The immense popularity of Aamir Khan in Turkey is very well-known. As soon as the fans came to know about Aamir Khan's visit to the country, they kept gathering in numbers at the Ataturk International Airport.

Some of the fans were so enthusiastic, they reached the airport as soon as 5 am to have a glimpse of Aamir Khan.

Some of them held placards, banners and posters of Aamir Khan, waiting for the man to arrive.

As soon as the clock hit 10.30 am and Aamir Khan stepped into the common hall of the airport, the crowd went totally berserk and all hails broke lose.

People gathered in the streets outside the airport in a huge number. He was escorted towards his car. Minutes later, he came out through the window of his car and waved at the fans, signed autographs for them and clicked a few selfies.

Aamir is scheduled to have a fan meet later this evening where he will reveal the Turkish poster of his upcoming film 'Secret Superstar' and reveal the official release date of the film in the country.
