Recently, the reports came in about Aamir Khan leaving the project of Rakesh Sharma's biopic due to his shifted focus towards his own production house where he is looking to invest next ten years of his time in building a franchise. Since then, a lot of speculations have been going on. According to some media sources, the venture Aamir is going to associate himself with is none other than the epic 'Mahabharata'. It is reported that Aamir Khan and his team have been doing a lot of research for the past 5 years and have gone through several books on 'Mahabharata' stored at a library in Pune. An entertainment journalist Himesh Mankad has put out a series of tweets to confirm the speculation. After much speculations over Aamir Khan's participation in Rakesh Sharma's biopic, tentatively titled 'Salute' produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, it's finally claimed by an inside source that Aamir has made his decision to stay out of the project.
